TMT Software, based in Durham, NC, is a leading provider of fleet maintenance software and has served fleet operators in the trucking, construction materials, waste, and municipal markets for more than 26 years. With more than 550 customers managing 1.1 million pieces of equipment, TMT’s complete fleet maintenance suite helps customers manage all fleet maintenance operations including shop, purchasing processes, warranty claims and recovery, and human resources. The acquisition of TMT Software further enhances TMW Systems’ leadership position in the transportation industry by increasing the company’s size to 1,500 total customers and driving revenues in excess of $56 million. Together, the two companies share more than 235 customers, and actively serve more “Top 100” carriers than any other software provider in the North American market.
